What You’ll Do: Are you ready to kick off your career in sports broadcasting? We’re looking for a super-organised, can-do Production Assistant to support our busy editorial and production teams. From booking crews, travel, and kit for shoots to processing invoices, creating call sheets, and assisting on live shows — no two days are ever the same! You’ll help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, play a key role in post-production, and even get involved with our sustainability efforts through the Albert Certification process. This is a fixed-term contract until May 2026 based our facility in Stockley Park, Uxbridge Applications will close on Friday 17th October at 11.59pm UK Time.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

To provide key production assistance and administrative support for the editorial and production management teams across Premier League Productions Production administration: invoice and timesheet processing and cost-tracking Working alongside the producer and editor to complete post-production paperwork (scripts, stills lists, music cue sheets etc.) and uploading to post-production archive system Assistance in setting up multi-camera shoots; including booking crew, voiceovers, camera kit, travel, accommodation, locations and creating call sheets. Occasionally you will be required to go onsite to ensure the smooth production of these shoots. Being a point of contact for freelancers and suppliers Booking and scheduling staff/freelancers; including editors, producers and post production facilities Capturing data related to sustainable TV production (The Albert Certification process) Assisting with scripting for shows and autocue during live shows Take a leading role with the creation and delivery of our weekly Planning Document to our Broadcasters. You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job as directed by the Production

You Will Have The Following Strengths:

Previous administration experience • Previous experience in a Production Assistant or Runner role Organising shoots • Experience in creating call sheets.

• • Experience of dealing with Health and safety paperwork, and risk assessments.
• Knowledge of archive/stills/music clearances Knowledge of budgeting • Experience of processing invoices • Experience of managing bookings and scheduling personnel • Previous experience in a people facing role dealing with queries Appreciation for tv production processes (including pre, production and post-production) We’d Love If You Also Have These: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages Excellent organisation and communication skills (both written and verbal) Excellent interpersonal skills (when to employ tact, diplomacy, discretion) Uses own initiative and ability to work well as part of a team and on own without close supervision • Previous experience of working to tight deadlines, working effectively under pressure Our Vision – Power the World’s Passion for Sport.
