*We have three openings in our NYC office, one under each category listed below. IMG Licensing represents renowned brands, institutions, and entertainment properties spanning sports, films, and talent - creating marketing and revenue opportunities through licensed products. Intern, Licensing (Entertainment/Corporate Brands) IMG represents top Fortune 500 consumer brands across a number of focus areas such as Food & Beverage, Automotive, and consumer durables. Corporate Brand clients include Tabasco, McDonald’s, PepsiCo, Randy’s Donuts, JEEP, Dodge, Ducati, and more. The corporate brand licensing intern will assist and support IMG Licensing’s NYC-based corporate licensing team, with a focus across industries such as Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Personal Care, Consumer Durables, and Automotive. Intern, Licensing (Sports) Our portfolio includes premier sports brands such as ESPN, Football Greats Alliance, Jackie Robinson, Harlem Globetrotters and other globally relevant brands. The sports licensing intern will assist and support IMG Licensing’s NYC-based sports licensing team, with a focus across media properties, teams, leagues, icons, player unions and more. Intern, Licensing (Fashion/Lifestyle) Our portfolio includes premier fashion and lifestyle adjacent brands such as Ann Taylor, Gap, Hearst (Cosmopolitan, Esquire, delish), florence by mills (Millie Bobby Brown), MoMA (Museum of Modern Art), Vera Bradley and other globally relevant brands. As part of the wider WME Group ecosystem, we create some of the world’s most iconic cultural moments and experiences, with unparalleled access to artists and creators represented by our vast network of talent agencies and businesses. The fashion/lifestyle licensing intern will assist and support IMG Licensing’s NYC-based fashion/lifestyle licensing team, with a focus across industries such as fashion, media, talent, institutions and more.

The Role and What You’ll Do: Assist the sales team with appropriate tools, materials and presentations as required Continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends

• Support licensees to ensure smooth running of design approval process and adherence to the relevant brand guidelines
• Coordinate product and packaging approvals, samples and deliveries in close collaboration with the brand team Other administrative duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job You Have These: A strong interest in brand marketing, strategy, partnerships and consumer engagement Interest in gaming and/or entertainment brands Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure Ability to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties Proficient with all MS Office Past brand licensing experience is a plus Program Details We offer internship opportunities within our global sports and entertainment businesses, including global cultural marketing agency 160/90; global licensing business IMG Licensing; and entertainment agency WME (including WME Sports and Fashion). All internships are in the office and in person. In addition to hands-on experience and exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry, interns participate in events such as welcome/farewell sessions, a speaker series featuring company leaders, and career training workshops addressing everything from LinkedIn profile enhancement to resume building, interviewing skills, and networking. Internships are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, or standard local working hours in the internship location. Pay We offer paid internships; rates vary based on location. Pay rates typically align with local required minimums and vary by country. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
