Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Design and deliver best-in-class presentations for high-value proposals, pitches, and RFPs across IMG’s global sports marketing business. Translate complex commercial strategies into visually compelling narratives with editorial flair and attention to detail. Maintain and evolve IMG’s brand identity across all presentation materials, ensuring consistency and quality. Work closely with Marketing, Creative and Business

• Development teams to understand objectives and produce deal-winning decks.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment. Innovate presentation formats using interactive tools (Figma, Interactive documents in InDesign etc.) to elevate client engagement. Experiment with AI-driven design tools (e.g. Runway, ChatGPT plugins, generative design) to improve efficiency and storytelling impact.

• Build and maintain template systems and asset libraries to streamline workflow and raise quality across the organisation. Skills and Requirements Skilled in interactive design platforms such as Figma. Comfortable using AI design tools to create efficient, interactive and standout decks.

• Excellent visual storytelling and typographic skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to perform under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver within tight timelines.

• Strong collaborator with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders.

Knowledge and Experience

Demonstrable • experience in B2B presentation design for a premium brand, agency, or global business.

• Proven track record of designing commercial presentations and proposals that win business. Expert knowledge of InDesign, PowerPoint and Keynote with a portfolio of beautifully crafted, editorial-inspired decks.

Working Conditions

: The work location is Chiswick Park, London. This is a permanent contract. Working hours are 9-5 pm with occasional work outside of working hours where necessary for the business.
