Job Description

ABOUT US: 

As the People Advisor for Slovenia, you’ll be the key local partner for all People-related matters. You’ll support the full employee journey—from onboarding and payroll to mobility and HR policies—while bringing global People initiatives to life locally. You’ll also help foster our culture and values, ensure compliance with local laws, and provide hands-on support and guidance to managers and employees.

We offer one-year fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave absence.



THE CHALLENGE:

  • Preparation of payroll and other income calculations.
  • Collection and verification of input data for payroll calculation (working hours, leave, absences, overtime).
  • Management of personnel records and archive.
  • Handling all processes related to employment, changes, and termination of employment. relationships in accordance with all labor-legal procedures.
  • Conducting procedures for hiring foreign workers.
  • Organizing medical examinations for employees and new colleagues.
  • Updating data in the personnel information system.
  • Maintaining records and preparing reports.

 

ABOUT YOU:

  • Bachelor degree in HRM or related field, or experience equivalent.
  • 2 to 4 years of HR experience.
  • Sound knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations specific to Slovenia.
  • Customer in centricity, high-level communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant HR software applications.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Fluent English.
