Job Description

Our Talent Acquisition team is a global all-star squad—fun, diverse, multilingual, and passionate about scouting, recruiting, and signing the right talent to keep our fast-growing business at the top of its game.

Our playbook is Talent. Is yours?

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruitment across the APAC region—someone who thrives under pressure, communicates with impact, and brings the energy of a true team player.

If you’re a natural networker who loves building relationships both on and off the field, and if the challenge of recruiting for a high-growth global tech company excites you—then you could be our next game-changer!

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Build winning partnerships with hiring managers and teams across departments—understand their game plan, team dynamics, and provide high-quality consultation on recruitment strategies.
  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end hiring process: from scouting and screening, scheduling interviews, to negotiating offers and onboarding new teammates. Ensure every candidate has a positive, world-class experience that reflects our values and brand.
  • Spot opportunities to improve our recruitment playbook—speeding up time to hire while never compromising on quality.
  • Deliver results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where priorities can shift quickly—while staying focused on process improvements.
  • Champion a data-driven approach, aligning recruitment globally and helping us stay ahead of the competition.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, managing full life-cycle recruitment across entry-level, part-time, and senior roles in operational, corporate, and sales functions.
  • Strong knowledge of the Philippines talent market and experience recruiting across the APAC region; a deep understanding of the Singapore market is a strong plus.
  • Skilled at building trusted relationships with stakeholders and advising senior leadership.
  • Confident using data and insights to inform decisions, improve processes, and drive better hiring outcomes.
  • Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities across time zones.
  • Culturally aware and highly collaborative—we’re proudly multinational, and our diversity is one of our greatest strengths.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written); proficiency in Mandarin would be a strong advantage.

OUR OFFER

  • A collaborative environment with colleagues from all over the world (Engineering offices in Europe, Asia and US) including various social events and teambuilding.
  • Flexibility to manage your workday and tasks with autonomy.
  • A balance of structure and autonomy to tackle your daily tasks.
  • Vibrant and inclusive community, including Women in Tech and Pride groups which welcome all participants.
  • Global Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Calm and Reulay app (leading well-being apps designed to support focus, quality rest, mindfulness, and long-term mental resilience).
  • Online training videos.
