Learfield is seeking a highly organized and analytically driven professional to support the coordination, execution, and optimization of Marketing Fund and NIL-related initiatives across our Sports Properties portfolio.
This role will serve as a central point of coordination across multiple internal teams, ensuring Marketing Fund programs are implemented effectively, tracked consistently, and leveraged to drive both local and national revenue growth.
The ideal candidate brings strong cross-functional partnership skills, comfort working with data and reporting, and an interest in building scalable processes that support revenue impact in a rapidly evolving NIL landscape. Responsibilities: Coordinate, track, and support Marketing Fund setup and implementation in partnership with internal business units, including Legal, Finance, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Corporate Sales & Partnership Management, Learfield Studios, Paciolan, CLC, and Amplify Track and analyze Marketing Fund implementation and activity by property, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and visibility across stakeholders Develop and document best practices for Marketing Fund activation to maximize impact on local and national revenue growth Build, maintain, and update customized internal and external materials that support Marketing Fund education, execution, and reporting Serve as a connector between properties and central teams to ensure alignment, timely execution, and issue resolution Support reporting and analysis of NIL sales activity, including revenue impact and performance trends Assist in the identification, evaluation, and implementation of strategic NIL growth opportunities Contribute to process improvements, tools, and documentation that enhance scalability and consistency across the portfolio Prepare executive-ready summaries, insights, and recommendations related to Marketing Fund and NIL initiatives
Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, strategy, operations, or revenue-related roles (sports or entertainment preferred) Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders Comfortable working with data, reporting tools, and presentation materials High attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sports management, finance, or a related field Experience supporting sponsorship, NIL, or revenue strategy initiatives Familiarity with collegiate athletics, multimedia rights, or partnership-based business models Experience developing best practices or playbooks across a distributed organization
