THE ROLE
As Daymark Health’s first Manager/Senior Manager of People Operations , you will build upon the foundations of our people and talent organization. Reporting directly to the COO, you’ll support the infrastructure that enables our clinical, operational, and technical teams to high performance and effective scale as we grow into new markets.
This is high-impact role focused on building people-first systems that foster engagement, performance, and cohesion across a distributed, mission-driven team. You’ll inherit a strong foundation—thanks to existing HR support—and take the lead on creating scalable systems for onboarding, hiring, benefits, manager development, performance management, and internal communication.
You’ll also help shape Daymark’s approach to recruiting and building high-performing teams at both the corporate and market levels, ensuring alignment between our patient-first mission and our organizational culture. If you’re a builder at heart, energized by mission-driven work, and motivated by the opportunity to define what great looks like in a scaling healthcare company, this role is for you. You’ll also need to be comfortable running recruiting processes yourself, before a team is assembled around you.
