Change Management: You drive change and transformation within the organization
Coaching and Transparency: You coach teams in order to ensure delivery and create and support transparency within teams

Process Optimization: You continuously measure and improve processes to e.g. reduce cycle time and identify bottlenecks
Departmental Alignment: You ensure the alignment between different departments to decrease the feedback cycle time
Collaborative Focus: You work alongside Product Managers, leaders and other stakeholders to ensure that the work is flowing and the focus is on the right things at the right time
Your fitness level
Professional Experience: You bring at least 1 year of experience in a Kanban or lean environment and mapping End-to-End workflows
Methodology Proficiency: You have a toolbox of practices (Kanban Method, KMM, Flight Levels, Lean, traditional PM, etc.) and you can see beyond the theory. You have experience and ideally formal training with the Kanban method
Flexibility in Execution: You are solid on the WHY and WHAT while being flexible on HOW
Respectful Change Agent: You respect without judgements the current process and at the same time you pursuit evolutionary change
Influential Communication: You are a strong communicator and coach who can influence different layers on the organization by asking the right questions
Technical Expertise: You have a well-founded technical knowledge and a deep process understanding
Tooling: You are capable of maintaining processes and workflows in Jira and act as an Admin for this tool
Continuous Learning: You are a lifelong learner and desirably an active member of the Kanban community

Team Insight: You develop a deep understanding of our teams
Product Familiarity: You are familiar with EGYM products and the ecosystem
Role Clarity: You have a good understanding of the roles of the different teams in the software engineering department
Respected Presence: You are a known and well-respected member of the product management team and the software engineering department
