THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it

FanDuel is looking for an Internal Communications Associate to join a fast-paced, employee-focused Internal Communications team that supports FanDuel’s 4,000+ employees across seven countries. This highly motivated individual and team player will be responsible for day-to-day operations of FanDuel’s employee intranet, take ownership of FanDuel’s monthly internal newsletter, own data reporting for Internal Comms team and its partners, and handle team logistics and administrative duties.  

This role reports to the Internal Communications Manager.  

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Partner with Internal Communications team and key stakeholders to strategize and execute employee programs 
  • Maintain day-to-day operations of employee intranet that supports the team’s overall strategy 
  • Own development of monthly global internal newsletter for all employees 
  • Write internal news stories that reflect internal and external PR happenings for intranet site 
  • Own and send data and analytic reports for Internal Comms team and its internal partners 
  • Oversee internal communications calendar across all departments 
  • Keep projects moving forward with a proven ability to manage deliverables and meet deadlines 
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure internal messaging is well verse with business happenings  
  • Support team with administrative tasks, including invoicing and scheduling team meetings 

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications role, preferably internal-focused  
  • Strong experience with internal intranets, Interact a plus 
  • Proven ability to prioritize key messages and write for different audiences 
  • Solid project management skills, ability to handle workload for multiple projects  
  • Ability to work at pace and under deadline, dealing with issues as they arise 
  • Brilliant interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, ability to work with an array of internal stakeholders

The applicable hourly/salary range for this position is $30.77/Hour - $38.46/Hour (Annualized $64,000 - $80,000), which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
