Requirements

We’re hiring a Esports Venue Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of Berlin esports production studio. This isn’t a desk job - it’s a hands-on role that sits at the heart of our live broadcast operations. From maintaining infrastructure to managing deliveries, your work ensures the studio is always ready for showtime.

You’ll be the go-to person for anything venue-related, working closely with internal teams and external contractors to keep everything running smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Studio & Event Operations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site esports studio productions.
• Ensure the venue is show-ready, coordinating setup with production teams, broadcast crews, talent, and vendors.
• Maintain production, backstage, and audience spaces in top condition.
• Facility Management & Maintenance
• Oversee day-to-day upkeep of the studio, including cleaning, repairs, and technical upgrades.
• Manage building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, access control) with a focus on preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with German health, safety, and facility regulations.

• Logistics & Inventory
• Handle inbound and outbound logistics, from small packages to large freight.
• Coordinate international shipments and customs clearance with shipping partners.
• Maintain organized storage areas and manage inventory through tracking systems.
• Vendor & Budget Oversight
• Lead relationships with external service providers (cleaning, maintenance, security, etc.).
• Track and manage the venue’s operational budget, including handling facility-related invoices
• Keep key documentation up to date—floor plans, safety procedures, maintenance logs, etc.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone with strong practical instincts and a good head for systems and process. You don’t need to come from a TV/esports studio background, but you do need to know what it means to keep a venue running under pressure.

You should have:

• Experience managing a facility or a venue (ideally live esports broadcast environment)
• Working knowledge of building systems and infrastructure
• A proactive approach to maintenance and problem-solving
• Familiarity with contractor and vendor management
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized across multiple priorities
• Fluency in German and English
