Responsibilities

• Prepare and direct live and taped news television broadcasts
• Code rundowns for all broadcasts
• Work in conjunction with editorial and production personnel to create and execute newscasts utilizing an automated production control system
• Give direction and timing to talent and other technicians on broadcasts
• Perform Director and Director Assist duties as required
• Weekly disaster recovery training
• Perform other related duties as assigned
