As our new VP People Global Operations (W/M), you will play a pivotal role in designing, leading, and executing the global people operations strategy to ensure the company attracts, retains, and develops top talent worldwide.
You will oversee the operational backbone of Human Resources by managing global compensation & benefits, digital HR tools and systems, and global talent mobility & succession planning. As a key member of the HR leadership team, you will enable business growth through robust people processes, data-driven workforce planning, and seamless employee lifecycle management.
You will be a cornerstone of the company’s HR strategy, directly impacting the ability to attract, engage, and retain high-performing Talents globally. By aligning rewards, career opportunities, and workforce planning with organizational goals, you will ensure that the company remains competitive in the outdoor market while fostering a culture of performance and happiness.
You will work in close collaboration with all of our departments.
You will report directly to the Chief People & Culture Officer.

Education: MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree.

Foreign Language(s): Fluent in English
