What we are looking for

As a VIP Account Manager, working from our premises in São Paulo, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities within them.

  • Manage a portfolio of Key Account customers
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Provide assistance to high-end, high-value players and attending to hospitality events
  • Work closely with internal teams, in order to serve high-value customers and provide a VIP customer experience
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders using key account metrics

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in the Online Gaming industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of CRM tools
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Fluency in English (*Kindly provide your CV in English)
