Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Video Producer/Editor to join Hawks Studios, our in-house content creation team. This role will be responsible for creating compelling video content that showcases the Atlanta Hawks brand across multiple platforms including social media, broadcast, and digital channels. Key Responsibilities: • Create engaging video content for Hawks games, including pre-game, halftime, and post-game video segments • Produce social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook platforms • Edit game highlights, player features, and promotional videos • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop video campaigns • Manage video production from concept to final delivery • Operate professional video equipment including cameras, lighting, and audio gear • Work with motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video content • Maintain video archives and asset management systems • Cover live events and games to capture behind-the-scenes content • Support broadcast operations during Hawks games and State Farm Arena events Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Film, Communications, or related field preferred • 2+ years of professional video production and editing experience • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) • Experience with professional video equipment and cameras • Knowledge of social media video formats and best practices • Strong storytelling abilities and creative vision • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays as required for games and events • Sports industry experience preferred but not required We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
