As a Technical Interviewing Partner, you will play a mission-critical role in identifying and evaluating world-class software developers. Leveraging your experience of full-stack software development - across Frontend frameworks and .NET and C# - you will interview candidates and deliver high-calibre technical assessments that go beyond surface-level vetting.
You’ll act as a technical gatekeeper, embedded within Betsson Group’s Technical Recruitment Committee (TRC). Your focus? To ensure consistency, rigor, and technical depth in our hiring process by standardising evaluation methods and raising the bar for technical excellence across our teams.
You’ll work closely with Product Development, and Talent Acquisition, helping to shape the future of our technical hiring strategy.
