We are seeking two exceptional MBA students to join our Strategy team this summer. The ideal candidate will be in the process of completing an MBA from a top-tier business school (or have recently graduated) and have at least three years of relevant work experience in delivering significant strategic and operational impact across an organization. The person in this role will work across the business and contribute to both product and market growth.


This role is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to help pioneer the next frontier in sports and contribute to the continued rapid scaling of one of the world’s fastest-growing sports tech companies.


Game Plan - How You'll Drive Impact:

  • Drive growth for our current (and future) markets and products, conduct internal/external research, and provide rigorous, fact-based, quantitative analysis to support recommendations on where we should focus our investments to fuel growth
  • Provide project leadership through strong day-to-day operational execution, helping evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
  • Develop solutions to complex, ambiguous, and high-visibility business problems and opportunities.
  • Deliver high-quality output by working independently and partnering closely with stakeholders across products, markets, and functional groups.
  • Develop business cases and build market models to evaluate new business opportunities, pricing strategies, and product expansion initiatives.

Player Profile - What You Bring to the Team:

  • In the process of completing an MBA from a top-tier business school, or have recently graduated.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in roles delivering significant strategic impact across an organization (e.g. experience at a top-tier consulting firm focused on strategy and implementation; a role on a corporate strategy or business operations team at a technology company; experience building financial models and delivering insights at an investment bank).
  • Proven experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams, including when colleagues are not direct reports.
  • Proficient with Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint / Google Slides, and building compelling presentations.
