YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Champion the vision for Peloton's Third-Party (3P) Retail Marketing in Europe, securing alignment with both our ambitious global strategy and critical country commercial goals.
  • Innovate and Drive joint annual marketing plans with key retail partners, integrating deep consumer and local market insights to craft compelling, high-impact campaigns.
  • Lead the planning and execution of omnichannel co-marketing campaigns (in-store, digital, paid media, experiential) that measurably accelerate sales and subscription growth.
  • Collaborate with Global Growth and Media teams to optimize media investment and promotional calendars, maximizing ROI and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Negotiate marketing investments and deliverables with resellers, ensuring seamless execution and unwavering adherence to Peloton's premium brand standards across all touchpoints.
  • Establish rigorous performance frameworks and analyze data to continuously optimize channel mix and partner activation effectiveness.
  • Manage and allocate operational marketing budgets across each reseller account, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve maximum impact.
  • Build the internal capabilities, processes, and scalable toolkits needed to establish a best-in-class 3P retail marketing function across the European region.
  • Advocate for the reseller consumer, translating local market dynamics and cultural nuances into global planning and partner negotiations—fostering Collective Strength.

WHAT YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • Significant experience in consumer marketing, with direct expertise in retail, reseller, shopper, or channel marketing; demonstrated international experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing joint marketing plans with third-party retailers or channel partners that delivered measurable commercial impact.
  • Fluency in both English and German is required, coupled with a nuanced understanding of the local cultures and market dynamics in the UK, Germany, and Austria.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, including hands-on experience managing substantial budgets, assessing ROI, and optimizing channel performance.
  • Ability to move seamlessly between high-level strategic vision and hands-on, executional delivery.
  • Skilled at cross-functional leadership in a global, matrixed environment, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills essential for building high-trust, high-value relationships.
