SPONSORSHIP SALES EXECUTIVE, PLAYFLY LONDON

THE RUNDOWN

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in driving sales by identifying, engaging, and supporting the development of brand partnerships for our sports property relationships. Your primary focus will be on executing an effective outreach strategy, achieving sales targets, meeting KPIs, and supporting pitch presentations.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Sales outreach: Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage prospective brand partners, leveraging CRM tools and industry insights.
  • Target-driven performance: Proactively pursue leads to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Pitch support: Assist senior partnerships leads in pitching to prospective sponsors.
  • Relationship management: Support the nurturing of relationships with new and existing partners through consistent and effective communication.
  • Insight and reporting: Use analytics to monitor progress, optimise outreach strategies, and report on performance to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales teams to ensure seamless handover of leads and successful execution of partnership agreements.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING (E = Essential D = Desirable)

  • (E) 0-3 years of experience in a commercial, sales or partnerships-focused role, with a track record of contributing to successful sales or business development.
  • (E) Goal-oriented, target driven and highly motivated, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • (E) Strong communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
  • (E) Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and Microsoft Suite.
  • (D) A background in sponsorship sales or brand partnerships is an advantage.
  • (D) An understanding of sports marketing and sponsorship landscapes.
  • (D) A passion for sports and familiarity with the industry.
