I. Platform Administration & Content Management
SAP SuccessFactors LMS Expert: Manage administrative duties including course creation, content management, user enrollment/attendance tracking, and evaluation management.
Degreed LMX Management: Serve as key administrator and LXP expert, curate content, channels, and learning paths, and evaluate opportunities to enhance integration, education, and engagement.
Supplemental Tools Management: Oversee the operational status, integration, and user access for third-party content libraries (e.g., Get Abstract, MindTools, Big Think+, etc.).
Instructional Design: Incorporate human centered design to support needs assessment, design, content curation,and implementation of learning experiences aligned to critical business needs.
II. Operational Excellence & Analytical Skills
Advanced Organization and Analysis Skills: Leverage strong organizational and analytical abilities to plan, track, and seamlessly deliver learning experiences (virtual, in-person, and digital).
Operational Execution: Manage the end-to-end logistics, scheduling, and execution for complex learning programs.
Data Integrity: Ensure accurate and integrated input, tracking, and record-keeping for learner data across platforms.
III. Strategic Measurement & Vendor Management
Learning Measurement Strategy: Define and execute the learning measurement strategy in alignment with the LMS/LMX capabilities, providing actionable reporting and insights to demonstrate learning impact.
Vendor Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external learning vendors, managing relationships and ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
Contract Administration: Assist with tracking, managing, and administering vendor contracts, licensing agreements, and renewals.
IV. Technology Strategy & Optimization
Tech Stack Roadmap: Conduct comprehensive current-state vs. future-state evaluations of our learning technology stack, defining the optimal structure and necessary steps for strategy realization.
Process Automation: Identify and implement opportunities to automate operational processes within and between platforms to improve efficiency and data quality.
Flow of Work Learning: Research and propose solutions to scale learning solutions and investigate emerging technologies to embed learning more effectively in the flow of work for our employees.

Expert-level, hands-on administrative mastery of enterprise L&D platforms, specifically SAP SuccessFactors LMS (required) and Degreed LMX ensuring operational integrity and seamless execution.
Forward-thinking, visionary mindset with deep knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled learning platforms, and curiosity to explore what is possible.
Deep strategic expertise in learning evaluation methodologies, with a proven track record of tying learning impact directly to quantifiable business outcomes.
Advanced analytical and operational skills used to translate high-level business needs into scalable technology solutions, manage vendor relationships, and ensure operational excellence.
High proficiency with data analysis (Excel/Sheets) and presentation tools, combined with a forward-thinking passion for embedding innovative, technology-driven solutions (embedding learning in the flow of work).
Strong understanding of learning design principles. Expertise in designing, consulting and curating learning content to support business needs. Video and graphic design/editing expertise is a plus.
