We’re excited to offer a unique opportunity for a passionate and trend-savvy Sales Representative to join our Southern Europe Sales team and play a key role in launching and growing On’s presence in Portugal. As the first Sales teammate dedicated to the Portugal market, this role will be instrumental in establishing our direct brand presence and shaping our long-term success across Southern Europe.

YOUR TEAM

We are the EMEA South Sales team at On. Our mission? To drive growth and brand desirability by connecting authentically with communities through best-in-class retail experiences. We work with passion, forging long-term partnerships and delivering both performance and lifestyle products that inspire and surprise.

As Sales Representative, you will serve as the main point of contact for our customers in Portugal. Your role will be pivotal in executing our distribution strategy in Portugal, translating our global brand strategy into tailored local execution.

You will collaborate with fellow sales team members, marketing, merchandising, and operations to bring the On brand to life in unique and engaging ways.

Your Mission

• Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with our Portugal accounts covering all distribution channels from running specialty through sports generalists to sneaker and fashion accounts
• Identify and onboard new accounts aligned with On’s global brand direction and distribution strategy
• Drive sell-in and support sell-out with a clear focus on product storytelling, brand elevation, and curated assortments.
• Deliver inspiring seasonal presentations and lead sell-in meetings that align with global product and brand narratives.
• Ensure brand consistency across accounts, from in-store experience to digital presentation, in coordination with our visual merchandising and marketing teams.
• Leverage data and market insight to guide assortment and account planning.
• Partner with customer service, operations, and finance to ensure high service levels and smooth execution.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain sales-related budgets and support forecasting and demand planning processes
• Act as brand ambassador in the field — visiting stores, participating in brand activations, and staying close to the consumer.

YOUR PROFILE

MUST HAVE

• Typically, 5+ years of experience in sales, account management or brand roles within the Sportswear or fashion industry. We welcome candidates from international and dynamic environments (e.g. retail/ wholesale, international brand roles).
• Passionate about sports, culture, and community — with an authentic connection to the sports (inspired) world.
• Demonstrate strong determination and motivation to work for On brand, combined with the ability to thrive and adapt in highly dynamic and cross-functional environments.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to drive are essential to fulfill job responsibilities. Reasonable accommodations will be considered in accordance with applicable laws
• Fluent or C1+ level Portuguese, Spanish and English (written and spoken) are required to fulfil this position needed to work as part of the Iberia team (Spain + Portugal) and as English is On’s shared professional language.
• Availability to travel frequently across Portugal, regularly to Spain and occasionally within Europe.

• Good understanding of the Portuguese sport and lifestyle retail landscape
• Proven ability to manage premium accounts and build long-term partnerships based on trust and mutual growth.
• Commercially driven and analytically minded, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Located in Portugal, ideally close to Lisbon, to facilitate coverage of Portugal from North to South
