We’re looking for a Senior Sales Ops to join Almedia. You’ll be the one building, streamlining, and optimising the processes that power our Partnership Managers. Your work will directly impact our revenue growth and help us expand in the market.
This is not just a support role. You’ll create processes from scratch, learn how affiliate and sell-through partnerships work, and craft creative strategies for partner outreach. You’ll also implement smart tools to showcase value and boost efficiency. If you love working with data, fixing messy workflows, and making a real business impact, we want to hear from you.
Run partner outreach campaigns and build strategic target lists
Manage and optimise email campaigns to bring in new business
Create and improve workflows for partner acquisition, onboarding, commissions, and internal systems
Research new partners and market trends to shape sales strategies
Maintain and clean CRM data, implement new tools, and support the sales team’s efficiency
Analyse outreach performance and partner data to uncover growth opportunities
Provide data-driven insights to help partners optimise their results
Experience owning and scaling sales operations in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with multiple CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive)
Hands-on experience with at least one marketing automation tool (e.g. Customer.io, Braze, HubSpot)
Strong understanding of data models, segmentation, and audience targeting
Familiarity with API-based integrations across sales/marketing systems
Clear and concise technical writing for internal documentation and playbooks
Analytical mindset with experience tracking, testing, and optimising campaigns
(Bonus) Basic SQL skills for data extraction and performance analysis
(Bonus) Background in partnerships, sell-through models, or B2B sales ops
