Reporting to the Quality and Enablement Leader in Field Operations, this role is focused on creating and managing BI and analytic solutions that turn results of audits into improvement opportunities and knowledge for US Media Operations in both the GCC and Field. This role will develop solutions providing data driven descriptive, prescriptive and predictive metrics that enable tactical and strategic decision making for improvement of panel quality, increased efficiency of US Field Operations, and improvement of audit results. In addition this person will assist in the management of numerous key initiatives such as stretch project coordination across GDS and assistance with the GROW program facilitation In addition this role will require use of a broad range of skills dealing with business intelligence, data extraction and report generation. Background in database management and business analysis required. Role requires the ability to partner with cross-functional teams, and interact with senior leaders to articulate recommendations for improvements to process quality and performance based on business intelligence, data analytics and metrics.
Employees work in a hybrid model: A minimum of 3 office days per month is expected.
Job Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Improvement: Drive organizational change and process quality by executing new initiatives informed by sophisticated data analytics and data-driven findings.
Technical Proficiency: Analyze data, design, develop, and validate complex queries using SQL, Alteryx, and VBA from relational databases, and possess a strong understanding of database design and data/process flow.
Reporting & Visualization: Develop, maintain, and automate complex Quality dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau to clearly communicate problems, root causes, and recommendations.
Strategic Partnership: Serve as a subject matter expert and partner with leaders across Product, Data Science, Technology, and other cross-functional teams to align initiatives.
Quality & Execution: Maintain high attention to detail, ensure data accuracy, and coordinate projects across departments to meet quality requirements and drive timely execution.
Essential Requirements
Analysis & Problem Solving: Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
Data Fundamentals: Experience working with relational databases and large data sets; intermediate knowledge and experience with BI fundamentals and techniques.
Project Management: Proficient knowledge in project management required, including ability to prioritize and manage multiple cross-functional projects.
Travel: Up to 10% travel.
Communication & Teamwork:
Advanced English proficiency (both written and verbal).
Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Good presentation skills, both oral and written, are necessary.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Technical Tools Experience:
Intermediate level experience with Alteryx, SQL, Excel, Access, VBA, Google Suite and/or MS Office Suite.
Intermediate experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Spotfire).
Advanced knowledge of database structures and query tools.
Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools.
Professional Background:
Working experience as a BI Data Analyst/Developer and/or BI Consultant.
Intermediate level of experience in managing Projects or efforts of a similar nature.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
