The Senior Manager, Database & CRM is a critical role focused on leveraging customer data to drive tailored marketing campaigns and enhance customer loyalty. This position requires an individual with a deep understanding of CRM strategies, database management, and data analytics to create targeted customer segments and personalized communication strategies. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty through email and SMS
Manage the customer database, ensuring data integrity, segmentation, and utilization for targeted marketing efforts
Analyze customer behavior and preferences to drive personalized marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Partner with analytics teams to ensure the right consumer groups are prioritized and targeted. Partner with the site teams to drive the personalization through to the site experience
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives and maximize ROI
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization
Build out email automation roadmap with focus on key consumer groups, key buying occasions and seasonality. Partner with brand marketing and creative to align on always on creative that can be utilized regularly
Partner with the site team to align on the editorial calendar and site plans to ensure the consumer sees consistent messaging through email and SMS as well as onsite
Manage all agency partners within the channel and ensure they know and are aligned with NOBULL’s strategy and are regularly completing business reviews with clear insights and opportunities
Manage team through clear expectations, clear and objective feedback and through removing roadblocks and fostering autonomy
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in database management, CRM, or related fields, with a focus on consumer goods or retail. Footwear or Apparel industry preferred
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM platforms and data analysis tools
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute CRM strategies that drive customer loyalty and business growth
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, with a focus on leveraging data to inform marketing strategies
