We're looking for a Full Stack Flutter/Dart Developer to join our small, high-performing engineering team. You'll be a core part of building an elegant in-home health coach that uses computer vision, connected weights, and 3D cameras to provide personalized training. This is a unique opportunity to directly impact thousands of users daily by implementing impactful and compelling features.

What You'll Be Involved In

• Accelerate the build of our core Flutter mirror app.
• Maintain and extend both the internal Flutter admin web app and our AWS backend functionality.
• Collaborate closely with our Chief Product Officer to ensure product requirements are understood and executed flawlessly.
• Work with QA to resolve bugs and ensure smooth releases of new features.
• Communicate and coordinate with Customer Support and Marketing to ensure a smooth feature rollout.

Requirements

You Should Have

• Extensive experience coding in Flutter/Dart within a startup or high-growth environment, specifically with Riverpod and Go Router.
• Deep experience with AWS technologies including SAM, CloudFormation, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3.
• Proficiency in using JIRA or other project management tools.
• Outstanding communication abilities, particularly in explaining complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical individuals and writing detailed project documentation.
• A meticulous and thorough approach with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating effectively in Agile Scrum teams.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently, taking full ownership of your tasks.
• Able to work effectively and cooperatively in a fast-paced team setting.
• You don't have to be a regular gym-goer, but you absolutely must be passionate about developing technology that will revolutionize how people exercise!

• A passion for fitness, ideally with experience building fitness products and working out yourself.
