The Role: 

As a Senior Clinical Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical sale and upstream solution architecture deployment for new pilot solutions within the clinical organization. You are entrepreneurial and have the drive to be able to dive into clinical workflows, uncover challenges, make recommendations for technology based solutions in the Viz app, engage clinical stakeholders and drive change management to promote adoption of the technology. You are responsible for delivering and demonstrating the overall impact of the care pathway on patient outcomes to our customers and users. 

You will:

• Report directly to the Senior Director, Clinical Strategy & Operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable and secure architecture designs across all Viz.ai program solutions
• Create detailed architecture documentation, including diagrams and technical specifications for reference and training
• Assess existing client systems and technical processes put forward for care pathway solutions, recommending improvements or new technologies to enhance efficiency and performance
• Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and provide expert guidance on technology solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

We are looking for:  

• Preferred 8+ years’ experience leading high priority initiatives focused on technical implementation and solutioning to improve areas of clinical care. Experience in areas including medical device, product, software implementation, clinical or biotech development in an industry environment with demonstrable experience managing teams toward success. 
• Strong understanding of SaMD product requirements, technical. operational, and economic challenges with ability to implement in clinical development, program design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort level with senior management and executive level presentations. Demonstrated ability to establish strong partnership with key stakeholders
• Proven track record leading across cross-functional teams and ability to influence without direct authority. 
• You treat AI as a core part of your workflow, using tools like ChatGPT to enhance productivity and output.
• Strong interpersonal skills and credibility to achieve goals, drive change, and improve collaboration.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Base Salary range: $169,000 - $185,000

Total Compensation: Base Salary + variable + stock options
