Job Description

Why Charlie Health?

Millions of people across the country are navigating mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and eating disorders, but too often, they’re met with barriers to care. From limited local options and long wait times to treatment that lacks personalization, behavioral healthcare can leave people feeling unseen and unsupported.

Charlie Health exists to change that. Our mission is to connect the world to life-saving behavioral health treatment. We deliver personalized, virtual care rooted in connection—between clients and clinicians, care teams, loved ones, and the communities that support them. By focusing on people with complex needs, we’re expanding access to meaningful care and driving better outcomes from the comfort of home.

As a rapidly growing organization, we're reaching more communities every day and building a team that’s redefining what behavioral health treatment can look like. If you're ready to use your skills to drive lasting change and help more people access the care they deserve, we’d love to meet you.

About the Role

We are hiring a high-performing Sr. Analyst/Associate to join the Office of the CEO, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff. This role sits at the center of the company’s decision-making engine.

You will combine structured project management with rigorous KPI and data analysis to keep the organization aligned, accountable, and executing at a high level. You’ll support CEO and Chief of Staff initiatives, build performance reporting, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and help ensure critical priorities move forward with clarity and speed.

This is the ideal role for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and motivated by the challenge of helping a high-growth company operate with discipline.

What You’ll Do

KPI Tracking, Analysis & Performance Insights

  • Build and maintain dashboards, models, and reporting that highlight business performance and emerging trends.
  • Analyze core metrics to identify inflections, risks, and opportunities, then translate findings into clear insights for the CEO and Chief of Staff
  • Partner with analytics and operational leaders to ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and reflective of the company’s priorities
  • Contribute to monthly/quarterly reviews, CEO summaries, and data-driven narrative updates

Project Management & Execution

  • Manage cross-functional projects end-to-end, ensuring clarity of scope, timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes
  • Track CEO- and Chief of Staff-led initiatives, keeping deliverables on pace and escalating risks with proactive solutions
  • Build project plans, trackers, and operating systems that keep workstreams aligned and moving quickly
  • Support execution of company operating rhythms including OKRs, planning cycles, leadership offsites, and executive meetings

Cross-Functional Leadership Support

  • Coordinate with senior leaders to ensure alignment, follow-through, and accountability on high-priority deliverables
  • Prepare materials for executive team meetings, management meetings, and CEO prep sessions
  • Support the Chief of Staff in translating the CEO’s priorities into clear communication, action items, and structured follow-ups
  • Help ensure the right information flows between teams at the right time to enable fast, high-quality decision-making

Executive-Ready Communication

  • Draft clean, structured memos, presentations, and summaries for CEO use internally and externally
  • Manage preparations for company wide all-hands
  • Prepare briefing materials for meetings, synthesize discussions, and document next steps with precision
  • Operate with exceptional attention to detail - every document should be final-quality

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, corporate strategy, or an analytical operating role
  • High performer with meaningful ownership experience, such as managing complex processes, coordinating across teams, or leading workstreams in demanding environments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build models, dashboards, and structured recommendations; advanced Excel required, SQL/Tableau a plus
  • Strong slide-building and presentation skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides); healthcare analytics experience is a plus
  • Proven project management skills: organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • High degree of initiative and independence, with the ability to drive work forward in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to distill complexity into clarity
  • Operates well under pressure and works effectively with tight timelines
  • Deep alignment with Charlie Health’s mission and a desire to contribute to meaningful work
  • Located within 45 minutes of NYC and able to work 4+ days/week in office

Why This Role Is Different

This is not a typical analyst role.

You will gain:

  • Daily visibility into CEO-level decision-making
  • Ownership of high-impact, cross-functional projects
  • Exposure to operations, analytics, product, and clinical leadership
  • Accelerated learning and direct influence on organizational execution
  • A strong foundation for future roles in Biz Ops, Strategy, Operations, or Chief of Staff tracks
  • Work at a mission-driven company where your efforts directly contribute to saving lives and expanding access to behavioral health care
  • A role designed for high-upside early talent: perfect for someone looking to transition from a rigorous analytical environment into operating work with a clear path to broader strategic responsibility
