Review and validate staff claims, reimbursements, and vendor payments for accuracy, proper approvals, and compliance with policies.
Ensure correct coding to general ledger accounts and timely processing of payments.
Manage the AP inbox and workflow queues, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Act as a subject matter expert on AP processes, policies, and systems; identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements.
Provide guidance and mentorship to the AP team as needed, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex or escalated AP issues and communicate policy updates.
Support month-end close, accruals, and audit-related tasks.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
Degree in Accounting, Business or related field.
8+ years of AP experience in an MNC, with 2~3 years in a senior or supervisory role driving changes and improvements.
Solid knowledge of Singapore GST and related compliance requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
