Seasonal Part-Time Product Operations Vendor Coordinator

The Product Operations Vendor Coordinator will be primarily responsible for the coordination and creation of Requisitions in the Oracle Procurement system.  The Vendor Coordinator will work with Product and Technology Management and staff to align budget and forecast cost details with Requisitions. The Vendor Coordinator will liaise with NFL Finance and 3rd Party vendors regarding the procure to pay process. This role will liaise and support other NFL Digital Media teams as assigned.

Essential Functions:

  • Work directly with Product and Technology Management and staff to create, update, maintain and track requisitions, POs and 3rd Party vendor invoices as well as the associated budgets and forecasts.
  • Work with NFL Finance and 3rd Party vendors to track all requisitions Purchase Orders and Invoices.
  • Responsible for entering data into Oracle Procurement system and interacting with NFL Finance and 3rd Party vendors regarding payments and workflow.
  • Work closely with the following departments: Product, Technology, Accounts Payable, Finance, and other Digital Media groups as needed
  • Support Product and Technology Management and staff and finance teams with various office and administrative responsibilities.
  • Collaborates with Product and Technology teams.
  • Work closely with NFL Finance and Vendor Management Office (VMO) to ensure that requisitions, POs and invoices are compliant with requirements, as needed.
  • Work closely with Vendor Management team to ensure outside vendors are onboarded in Oracle Procurement System.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product and Technology or Media.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, along with strong time management abilities.
  • Highly Proficient in Oracle & MS office products such as: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred in finance or accounting areas.

Terms /Expected Hours of Work:

  • Part-time Seasonal, Non-Exempt
  • Up to 30 hours per week
  • Flexible: Early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays
  • Required to work from Inglewood, CA office

Salary / Pay Range:

  • This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
Salary
$35$40 USD
