We are a San Francisco-based, fully remote Series-A stage company founded by prominent Silicon Valley venture capital firms. System2 founders Dilan Dane & Yuran Lu are ex-MIT serial entrepreneurs who've previously built and sold companies to Google, Dropbox etc.

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Certified Dietitian to join us on a short-term contract to be a key player in the testing phase of the launch of a new service. This role is fully remote and ideal for a dietitian who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nutrition assessments, personalized meal plans, and continuous guidance to clients through online consultations and via the System2 app.

• Collaborate with the product team to ensure a seamless and engaging client experience.

• Share your expertise in insurance billing to assist clients and the System2 team to ensure coverage for dietitian services.

• Offer motivational support and engage with clients to drive adherence to nutrition plans.

• Adapt to the startup's agile environment and provide feedback to improve processes and product features.

Qualifications

• Active Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)

• Licensed in Nutrition/Dietetics, ideally in multiple states

• Proven experience in telehealth services and working remotely with clients.

• Knowledge of and experience in insurance billing for dietitian services.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving startup culture.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with fitness and wellness applications.

Contract Details:

• Employment type: 1099/independent contractor

• Duration: Short term initial contract (1-2 months but details still TBD), with potential for extension based on performance and project outcomes.

• Full/Part time: Part-time (weekly hours to be discussed)
