Role Overview
As the Regional Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in executing marketing strategies in São Paulo, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and external partners. This position will require you to manage multiple marketing functions, including contract management, campaign coordination, brand activations and influencer relationships, while also collaborating with the finance, legal and sportsbook teams. The role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing stakeholders effectively, contributing to the overall success of regional marketing campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesContract management: Handle new hires, renewals, and direct communication with the legal team and partners (influencers, media, sponsorship).Contract registration: Manage contracts through the ContractWorks platform.Campaign materials: Request and coordinate campaign materials directly with KTO Studio via Trello.Partner communication: Send materials to media partners through conventional channels (Email or WhatsApp). Presentation material development: Create materials for presentations such as new marketing campaigns, guardrails, etc.Influencer team liaison: Maintain direct contact with the influencer team, create briefs for specific regional campaigns. Odds requests: Coordinate with the sportsbook team for special odds on strategic games within the state. Merchandising scripts: Develop live merchandising scripts for radio and TV. Influencer relationship management: Handle overdue invoices, event invitations, and other relationship-related matters. Finance team coordination: Collaborate with the finance team to resolve overdue invoices, approve payment, and manage financial tasks.QualificationsVery good understanding of sports, mainly football and american sports.Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment with a proactive mindset.Strong accountability and initiative in driving brand growth.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Deep understanding of regional market dynamics and consumer behavior.Availability to work at events on weekends and also in the evenings on some weekdays.Fluent English in conversation and writing to conduct weekly internal presentations.At KTO, diversity isn't just a buzzword – it's our strength. - Members of the administrative or supervisory body of entities responsible for organizing competitions or sporting events;
- Athletes participating in competitions organized by entities within the National Sports System;
Individuals diagnosed with gambling addiction, according to a diagnosis from a qualified mental health professional.
