Our people work worldwide from Cyprus, Armenia, Kazakhstan and Indonesia. We are always looking for talented individuals to join our team and help us create even better games.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate QA Lead to join our team in building a high-quality multiplayer online game. As QA Lead, you will oversee the entire quality assurance process across client and server, ensuring that all systems—from real-time gameplay to backend infrastructure—perform flawlessly in a live multiplayer environment.

You will play a key leadership role, collaborating closely with game designers, developers, artists, and producers to shape and enforce testing strategies, build scalable QA pipelines, and lead a growing team of testers and automation engineers. This is your chance to define the quality bar for a game played by thousands (or millions) around the world.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Own the QA strategy across all platforms and components (client, server, matchmaking, networking, etc.)

  • Define and drive manual and automated test processes for:

    • Game mechanics and systems

    • Online multiplayer functionality

    • Performance, latency, and cross-platform compatibility

  • Collaborate with production to ensure QA is embedded throughout the development lifecycle, including during alpha, beta, and live phases

  • Identify, triage, and manage bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)

  • Coordinate with DevOps to implement automated build verification and regression tests in CI/CD pipelines

  • Report quality KPIs and build risk assessment frameworks to guide production decisions

  • Champion a player-first QA culture and ensure high-impact issues are prioritized for resolution

What We Expect From You

  • 5+ years of professional QA experience in games or real-time applications

  • Experience testing and shipping multiplayer online games

  • Strong understanding of client-server architecture, networking bugs, and edge-case latency conditions

  • Familiarity with game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) and tools like Charles Proxy, Wireshark, etc.

  • Experience with QA test planning, automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines

  • Proven ability to write clear test cases, manage test plans, and handle large-scale regression suites

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills across technical and creative teams

  • Bonus: Experience in LiveOps QA or handling patch releases under tight deadlines

Nice to have:

  • Experience with load/stress testing multiplayer servers

  • Familiarity with matchmaking algorithms, player ranking systems, or anti-cheat systems

  • Scripting or light programming skills (Python, Bash, etc.)

  • Experience writing and maintaining automated tests

  • Passion for games and deep knowledge of the multiplayer gaming ecosystem

What We Offer:

  • The chance to shape and influence an ambitious multiplayer survival shooter for mobile platforms

  • A strong, supportive team passionate about creating great games

  • Competitive salary

  • Monthly lunch allowances via Wolt

  • Comprehensive medical insurance

  • Relocation support to Cyprus, including visa and housing assistance

  • A flexible work environment

  • Opportunities for professional growth

  • A culture that values creativity, initiative, and collaboration
