Who You Are

We're looking for a Product Manager to own our CRM platform (Iterable), conversion rate optimization, and checkout experience. This isn't a traditional PM role - you'll both define what to build and build it yourself. You'll partner directly with our Head of Product and Engineering Manager on one of our tech teams to drive measurable improvements across the purchase funnel.

This is ideal for someone 2-4 years into their career who's hungry to grow into a senior product leader but wants to earn it by shipping, not by sitting in meetings.

What You'll Own:

At most companies, a 2-3 year PM is writing tickets and fighting for roadmap space. Here, you'll own an entire CRM platform, run your own experiments, and report directly to the Head of Product. The scope is senior-level; we're looking for someone ready to grow into it.

CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

Own our Iterable platform end-to-end: journeys, segmentation, datafeeds, triggered campaigns. Configure, optimize, and measure.

Experimentation & CRO

Run a steady cadence of A/B tests across key funnels (event view → checkout → purchase). Build hypotheses from data, ship tests, document learnings.

Checkout & Purchase Experience

Improve checkout speed, clarity, and completion rate. Reduce friction, improve error handling, instrument failure modes.

Landing Page Optimization

Partner with Growth on traffic strategy while you own the product surface, measurement, and iteration.

Post-Purchase & Retention

Strengthen order transparency, delivery updates, and lifecycle journeys that drive repeat purchase.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years in product, growth engineering, or a hybrid product/engineering role
  • You build things. You can write code, configure platforms, set up experiments - not just write specs and wait. Comfortable in a codebase.
  • AI-native. You use AI tools daily to move faster - whether that's Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or custom workflows. You see AI as a multiplier, not a novelty.
  • Data-driven. You think in funnels, conversion rates, and experiment design. You know what statistical significance means and why it matters.
  • CRM experience is a plus - Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo, or similar. If you haven't used one, you can learn fast.
  • Ambitious. You want to grow into a senior PM. You see this role as a launchpad, not a landing pad.
  • Ownership mentality. You don't wait to be told what to do. You find the problem, propose the solution, and ship it.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketplace or e-commerce products
  • Familiarity with ticketing, live events, or similar verticals
  • Experience with experimentation platforms (Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, etc.)
  • Comfort with SQL, analytics tools (Amplitude, GA, Looker, etc.)

Benefits

  • A hybrid in-office approach, enabling remote work a portion of each week
  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Retirement Plan Contribution (401k, IRA)
  • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
  • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Holidays)
  • Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)
  • Training & Development
  • $100 Monthly Stipend to Attend Live Events
  • Employee Outings
  • Free Lunch & Snacks
