We are seeking two exceptional MBA students to join our Product team this summer. The ideal candidate will be in the process of completing an MBA from a top-tier business school (or have recently graduated) and have at least three years of relevant work experience in delivering significant impact across an organization.

Teamworks offers an integrated suite of solutions organized in categories that mirror departments within elite sports organizations: Personnel, Performance, Operations, and Intelligence. As an Intern on our Product Team, you will operate within one of these product categories, working closely with cross-functional teams to define the category vision, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-impact features that serve elite sports organizations.

This role is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate  to help shape the future of sports technology in one of the fastest-growing companies in sports tech.

Game Plan - How You'll Drive Impact:

  • Define product vision & strategy, and deliver features that solve real problems for elite sports organizations.
  • Contribute to the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely, high-quality execution in partnership with engineering, design, internal GTM teams and customers.
  • Translate complex customer needs into actionable product capabilities.
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success) to ensure smooth execution and adoption.
  • Define and track key product metrics, using both qualitative and quantitative insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product adoption and measurable business impact.
  • Conduct customer discovery and research to deeply understand customer needs and inform product decisions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in your product area to inform future product direction.

Player Profile - What You Bring to the Team:

  • In the process of completing an MBA from a top-tier business school, or have recently graduated.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in roles delivering significant impact across an organization.
  • Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred, but not required.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, identify high-priority initiatives, and drive projects to completion.
  • Strong technical acumen; while not necessarily an engineer, you should be comfortable working with engineering teams on complex technical solutions.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on execution; able to define a long-term vision while delivering quick, iterative wins.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to set clear expectations and foster alignment across teams.
  • Skilled at using data to drive decisions; comfortable with analytics and user research methodologies.

Champion Mindset - Traits for Success:

  • Demonstrates urgency and drive to achieve results aligned with organizational goals.
  • Takes initiative without waiting for direction, identifying opportunities independently.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Approaches challenges with innovative problem-solving and creative thinking.
  • Builds rapport while maintaining focus on tangible outcomes.
  • Communicates with confidence, motivating others to action.
  • Adapts quickly to changing conditions with decisive solutions.
  • Balances independent action with collaborative decision-making.
  • Navigates ambiguity and complexity with self-assurance.
  • Shows genuine interest in sports tech and the broader sports business landscape.
  • Aligned with our core values: honesty, humility, hard work, commitment, innovation, and exceptionalism.

The Perks of Playing for Teamworks:

  • A role in shaping the future of sports and a career that grows as the company grows.
  • An exceptional culture of high achievement and teamwork.
  • Supportive and humble colleagues who are some of the top problem solvers and innovators in the game.
  • 100% remote work.
