We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Designer with a focus on Growth to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in UX/UI design and a proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through design. Your main task will be to develop and optimize user activation and monetization strategies, as well as conduct small UX research studies to test various hypotheses. In this role, you will create intuitive, efficient, and engaging user interfaces, helping to improve our product and increase revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative solutions focused on optimizing user activation and monetization strategies

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to achieve high-impact, high-quality results

• Conduct extensive research and data analysis to understand user behaviors, needs, and growth opportunities

• Create and iterate on designs and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and improve the user experience

• Work with product management to develop and test hypotheses using both quantitative and qualitative methods to validate designs

• Conduct A/B testing and user testing to ensure design effectiveness and user satisfaction

• Advocate for best practices in design, usability, and accessibility, ensuring a consistent and user-centric approach across all product touchpoints

Essential Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in UX/UI design

• Deep knowledge of web design principles and user interface creation

• Ability to conduct UX research and analyze the data obtained

• Experience with prototyping tools (Figma)

• Experience with AI tools such as MidJourney and others to enhance design processes and outcomes

• Knowledge of A/B testing and user testing principles and methods

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team

• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to solve complex problems

• Understanding of monetization strategies and ability to integrate them into design
