We are now hiring for a Premium Hospitality Lead to join our team to deliver the Brisbane International. This is a full-time fixed-term contract until the end of January 2026. About the role As Premium Hospitality Lead, you’ll partner with the Senior Manager, Event Delivery, and Premium Sales Manager to deliver outstanding hospitality and VIP experiences across all premium spaces at the Brisbane International. In this role, you will: Lead pre-event planning for the BI Lounge, including catering, room design, staffing, and day-to-day management Collaborate with the Sales Manager and stakeholders to ensure all premium client requirements are met, including administrative tasks Oversee Premium Sales administration, including ticket dispatch, catering coordination, event information, marketing collateral, car parking, and any special requests Work closely with the Premium Hospitality Supervisor to recruit, train, and manage the hospitality volunteer team, ensuring smooth onboarding, accreditation, uniform, and induction Manage daily hospitality operations, ensuring standards are consistently met and guest experiences are exceptional About you To be successful in this role you will have: Proven experience in hospitality, VIP event management, or a similar customer-facing role Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and engage with people from diverse cultural backgrounds Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia What’s to love?
