We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 1000 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are over 1000 people, based out of 15 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Executive to drive revenue and contribute to the implementation of sales strategies in partnership with our client, a successful Premier League football club.

This role will focus on new and existing inventory at a club flying high in the Premier League. Due to expansion and roll out of a new strategy, our challenge is to maximise the experience and revenue from the Premium seating and Hospitality experiences.

The ideal candidate will bring creativity, enthusiasm, a demonstrated record of sales achievement and a strong ability to build client relationships in this space.

This is a fantastic time to join a small, high-performance sales team as we build towards a rapid turnaround for on sale in the 2026/27 season. The role requires a proactive and high energy sales professional, ideally with knowledge and experience within Premium Sports Hospitality or similar industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Delivery and Target Achievement:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets with a core focus on Seasonal Hospitality – both existing in terms of renewals – and net new business
  • Implement strategies to drive revenue growth in line with organisational goals. Especially in terms of upselling and cross selling from match by match into seasonal products.

2. Team Collaboration and Project Success:

  • Collaborate with the sales team and be comfortable working to KPI’s and ambitious sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability and gravitas to drive sales, with requirement to have an intelligent approach and inquisitive mind to enable learning relating to margin, costs, pricing and operational delivery.
  • Participate in team initiatives that contribute to project achievements, including role modelling best practice in sales activities such as networking and client meetings and CRM usage.

3. Sales Execution and Data Management:

  • Proactively pursue sales targets and objectives set by the Premium Sales Lead and senior client leadership team
  • Ensure accurate data entry into the CRM system, maintaining rich customer data.
  • Manage a detailed pipeline , including sales estimates for reporting purposes.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to work towards and achieve performance targets.
  • Proven track record of selling high value products or services, ideally in a sports hospitality / ticketing context
  • Works well within a small team and is excited to navigate being part of a larger organisation with the ability to build relationships across both.
  • Resilient mindset with a strong motivation to succeed.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong commitment to preparation and planning.

  • Able to travel and flexibility in work location, certainly in the set up and induction phase. This role will be based from Two Circles offices, with time at the client offices, and flexibility for remote work as well.
