Nourish is on a mission to improve people’s health by making it easy to eat well. Nutrition-related chronic disease is the largest and most overlooked crisis in the world. Food can be medicine: working with a Registered Dietitian is one of the most effective interventions available, but <1% of eligible Americans use their covered benefits.
Nourish is building an AI-native, patient-friendly healthcare system centered on nutrition that improves outcomes, lowers costs, and helps people live healthier, longer lives. We launched three years ago, are live in all 50 states, and already have thousands of dietitians and hundreds of thousands of patients on the platform.
We are growing quickly, have partnered with national health insurance companies and provider groups, and have raised $115M from top-tier VCs including JP Morgan Growth Equity, Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, Y Combinator, Maverick Ventures, Box Group, Atomico, G Squared, and Pinegrove Venture Partners. As a Partnerships Strategy & Operations Lead, you'll be the architect behind our fastest-growing revenue channel, designing and implementing the systems that will help us scale to $100M+ in partnership revenue. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you'll build the foundation for our go-to-market strategy and execution—from designing the operating model to building infrastructure that drives growth.
As a key strategic voice on the leadership team, you'll help shape where we take the partnerships function next, using data-driven insights to identify new opportunities and unlock additional growth vectors. This is a unique opportunity to combine big-picture strategy with hands-on execution at a rapidly scaling startup that's transforming healthcare.
