Is this role for you?

Join us at an exciting time as we scale up our client base with partnerships in the medical and health space. Working closely with the founder and industry experts, your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive Email & Outreach Growth Marketing: Lead our outbound lead generation efforts. You’ll design, execute, and iterate on SDR-style email campaigns to engage potential partners and targeted consumer audiences, including direct phone outreach where optimal.
  • Manage Organic Channels & Content Strategy: Curate and publish compelling content across social media and lifecycle marketing that educates, inspires, and converts—while strengthening Fitmate’s authentic voice. You’ll also help craft thought leadership pieces that highlight our unique point of view, drawing on insights from our coaching data to tell powerful, credible stories that resonate with both consumers and partners.

Requirements

You’ll be a great fit if you meet these requirements:

  1. Hands-on experience with cold outreach (email, linkedin etc.) - with a strong track record of generating interest across partners/B2B leads, ideally in a digital health context.
  2. Experience with organic content generation - ability to compelling express the company's value on social for B2B prospects
  3. Excel with email outreach tools like Instantly and Linkedin outreach tools like MeetAlfred
  4. Experience integrating AI in workflows in order to work at scale whilst keeping outreach highly personalized
  5. Understand how to communicate with leads, with a talent for writing compelling messaging that makes people feel seen and understood—whether it's a blog post, or an onboarding email. You’re able to deeply understand and express what makes Fitmate’s blend of tech and human coaching unique—and make others believe in it too.
