Your Role: The Heart of Our EMEA HQ
As our Office Coordinator, you’re not just the first face people see, you’re the engine that keeps our Amsterdam HQ running smoothly. From managing the office and facilities to supporting onboarding, organizing employee events, internal communications, and help drive our team culture, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and inspiring workplace for our EMEA team. This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday–Friday, 8:30–17:30), perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and loves making things happen behind the scenes.
