NFL Australia is looking for an NFL Flag and Community Manager to support the management, growth and execution of the NFL Flag participation program across Australia and New Zealand, helping to drive accelerated growth of the program within primary and secondary schools.
The NFL Flag Program Manager is responsible for defining and executing the NFL Flag growth strategy, managing local agencies, reporting, operational management of NFL Flag events (from event creation to execution) and relationship management with the local federation and sporting communities.
As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in the community sports environment, ideally with a background with a professional sports league or club as well as experience managing events from small and intimate to large scale. They should also have a strong knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand sports landscape, enabling the successful candidate to take the growth of Flag Football to new heights.

This role requires onsite presence at an NFL office or stadium location, and remote and/or hybrid working options are not offered.
