We're looking for a skilled MySQL Database Administrator to take ownership of the performance, availability, security, and scalability of our production and development MySQL environments. As our MySQL DBA, you'll play a critical role in:

• Owning and optimizing MySQL environments for key Daxko product lines.
• Designing robust schemas and data models to support scalable applications.
• Managing backups, recovery processes, user permissions, and replication setups.
• Monitoring system performance and proactively identifying bottlenecks.
• Supporting data migrations, imports, and exports across environments.
• Working closely with Engineering, QA, and Technical Services teams to ensure database performance meets business needs.
• Participating in a shared on-call rotation to support high-availability systems.
• Contributing to knowledge-sharing within the DBA team to support all Daxko products.
