• Native German speaker or C2 level proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong marketing mindset with the ability to combine creativity and performance.
• Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into structured, high-performing content.
• Passionate about fitness, healthy habits, digital products, and communication.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in an international environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content marketing and/or digital marketing.
• Strong writing and editing skills in German.
• Good English level (B2+).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience in a fast-growing tech or digital company is a plus.

• Create and oversee blog content for the German market, with strong attention to SEO structure, keyword strategy, and search visibility.
• Coordinate and follow the creation of blog assets (texts, visuals, supporting materials).
• Ensure content aligns with brand tone of voice and market positioning.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content based on SEO best practices.
• Monitor content performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Support the Marketing team in campaign development for Germany.
• Contribute to the creation of creative briefs and write compelling copy for marketing campaigns (ads, landing pages, newsletters, and other touchpoints).
• Stay up to date with trends, industry developments, and local market insights.
