Wargaming is looking for a manual QA Engineer to join the Global IT Products department to test internal corporate systems and services. A variety of projects, from web applications to complex microservices and integrations, will enable the future QA engineer to learn and put into practice all kinds of testing methods, approaches, and tools.

The development and support of these projects is an important task because the success of the development and operation of all Wargaming companies depends on this.

Reports to

What will you do?

• Independent implementation of the full cycle of project testing (functional testing of web applications, microservices, API)
• Product testing without ready requirements
• Creation and maintenance of test documentation
• Acceptance of builds before releases, quality control of defect fixes
• Monitoring of reports on errors and failures
• Analysis and testing of project/product requirements
• Evaluation of testing work
• Participation in team meetings

What are we looking for?

• 2+ year of experience as a QA Engineer
• Experience in testing web, mobile, and microservices
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and software development life cycles
• Knowledge of the principles of client-server application
• Experience in writing test cases and checklists
• Experience with bug tracking and test case management systems (Jira)
• Experience with databases (SQL, PostgreSQL)
• Fast learner
• Pre-Intermediate or higher level of English (reading and understanding technical documentation)
• Comfortable with switching between tasks and projects when needed — flexibility is essential in our workflow
• Open to working with legacy or outdated documentation without frustration
• Communicates respectfully and constructively, even in challenging situations
• Proactive mindset — we value teammates who ask questions, seek clarity, and strive to improve processes
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Working with API (Postman), SoapUI, and web services

Work mode

• Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office)
