Our Rights Management division acts as a commercial sales resource for iconic sports and entertainment brands globally. A pioneering rights-sales capability, successfully marketing the unique emotion of sport to drive commercial results for rights-owners and record impact for brands.
We have led and closed over $2.5bn in sponsorship rights for some of the world's biggest sports properties, including recent record-breaking deals for UEFA Women’s Football, the All Blacks and Mercedes F1.
We aim to optimize revenues for our clients whilst allowing each to avoid the long-term fixed costs associated with maintenance of large in-house sales teams. We are focused on solving problems and not selling assets, and we are ambitiously expanding our clients, geographies and our sales team.
Requirements
We are looking for a Licensing Lead with proven sales experience to join our Rights Management team.
This is a senior-level role for a licensing specialist who will lead the licensing process for both new and existing clients, while building the knowledge and confidence of the wider Two Circles team. You’ll play a key role in scaling our licensing business, working alongside our sponsorship teams to deliver complementary commercial value and unlock long-term growth for rights-holders.
Key Responsibilities
· Own the end-to-end licensing process on behalf of premium rights-holders globally, ensuring terms maximise revenue while protecting brand equity and IP.
· Proactively source and engage potential licensees across a range of categories and geographies; qualify prospects, secure in-person meetings, and build strong relationships.
· Collaborate with the partnership sales team to deliver licensing programmes that complement and enhance wider sponsorship sales strategies.
· Build and manage trusted relationships with senior decision-makers at global brands.
· Bring a proven track record of securing multiple sizeable licensing deals with premium global rights-holders in sport or entertainment, demonstrating strong influence, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
· We're looking for high levels of influence and persuasion, and experience in negotiation who has a strong network of licensing and retail contacts across consumer products, merchandise, and/or digital categories.
