The Design team at Dream11 consists of User Experience Researchers, UX Designers, UI Designers, Graphic Designers and Illustrators. The team plays a critical role in ensuring that the products and experiences delivered to our users are not only useful and useable, but that they accurately reflect our brand and are a delight to use. Your Role:Lead research for multiple product / business areas and raise the bar for effective research communication in the orgIdentify, execute, oversee and deliver insights and artefacts with a high level of independence and excellenceExhibit deep expertise in research method selection, mixed method applications, analyses approach and dissemination techniquesDemonstrate good understanding in one or multiple among - design theory, UCD, human digital behaviour patterns, product sense, analytics dataContribute to medium/long term development of the research org strategic initiativesCollaborate with peers in your product area to help shape and influence the product visionYou are a solid team player and a mentor to juniors on your teamQualifiers7+ years of experience in an applied research setting, or similarMasters (or equivalent) in Management, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science,, Sociology, Political Science, Psychology, Anthropology, or related fieldExperience in quantitative and qualitative research methodology including, usability, interviewing, concept testing, diary studies, literature reviews, focus groups, and surveysExperience with product research, either in a business, usability, or generative settingAbout Dream Sports:
