Zing Coach is seeking a highly skilled Lead CRM Manager to drive acquisition and retention growth through effective CRM strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in CRM management, with a proven track record of success in implementing strategies to attract and retain users.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to drive user acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention
Utilize data-driven insights to segment users and tailor messaging to specific audiences
Lead the quarterly roadmap planning and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Engineering to align CRM deliveries with overall business goals
Optimize the customer journey to increase conversion rates and lifetime value
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in CRM and mobile marketing
We expect that you have
Minimum 7 years of experience in CRM management with at least 1-2 years for a B2C subscription app
Bonus: Experience building habit-forming features for personal development apps (fitness, health, education), gaming apps, or apps with natural habit cycles
Proficiency in CRM tools with a strong preference for experience with Braze
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to influence and work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Fluency in English
