What We are looking for

As a Junior Sportsbook Coordinator in Novibet, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of sportsbook content, ensuring that all market offerings and digital assets are optimized to drive user engagement and satisfy strategic product goals.

What you will work on

• Work closely with our providers and as a part of the Sportsbook Operations team make sure our offering is up to date, and all product features are performing as expected.
• Ensure that the live offering & live streams are booked as per the Sports Calendar guidelines
• Assist with the day-to-day ad-hoc tasks and be the first point of reference for any questions or issues around Sportsbook activities 
• Actively contribute to improve internal processes and strategies to maximize efficiency.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field
• Passion about sports and deep understanding of sports betting products will be considered as assets
• Strong organizational skills,  with the capacity to prioritize effectively and make data-informed decisions 
• Τeam spirit, with willingness to share your knowledge and learn from colleagues, while also enjoying working independently within a dynamic and creative environment
• Adaptability in both working hours and responsibilities, showcasing entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach.
• Demonstrated ambition and fast learning ability, coupled with a commitment to on-going learning and development, and a strong drive for success 
• A creative problem solver, with a multi-tasking personality and a can-do attitude and attention to detail
