What you'll be doingProvide technical assistance, advice, and training to users, resolve issues at the tier one level, and escalate issues to the appropriate escalation teamInstall, configure, and provision computer hardware, software, and peripheralsOversee deployment and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring optimal and reliable operationsManage and maintain company IT assets and systemic inventoryTo be a liaison for the compliance with statutory requirements imposed by Data Protection ActDevelop the completion of data protection documentation using the Data Capability Assurance frameworkEmpower and support buisness groups demonstrating their compliance during auditsAdminister corporate telecom/network systems, including topology, configuration, design, and securityResearch and recommend technologies and best practices approaches for our environmentAssist with Global IT and Security projectsMaintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, VPN gateways, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardwareProcure and manage devices, including laptops and other IT assetsHandle IT asset allocations at the time of joinings and exits, both virtually and in-personCreate, manage, and deactivate email IDs, user accounts, Office Automation and Security toolsMonitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware and software issuesLead IT helpdesk to support employees, ensuring all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved promptly with limited disruptionsMaintain, repair, and upgrade systems and processes, including hardware and software programsWhat you'll bringBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field5+ years of relevant experience in IT systems, network administration, and related technologiesProficiency with firewalls, SDN, and network routingAdvanced knowledge of network technology and security principlesAdvanced knowledge of SSO, MDM, and system provisioning in Windows, Mac, and Linux systemsAdvanced knowledge in managing cloud IT services and security.Understanding and knowledge of the Data Protection ActsArticulate complex data law requirements in clear and user-friendly way/formatStrong knowledge of systems and networking, and the ability to effectively use computerised solutionsWorking knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systemsSolid knowledge of best practices in IT administration, system vulnerabilities, and securityAbility to think critically, analyse root causes, diagnose problems, and provide solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to work independently and take end-to-end accountability for employee IT issuesShould be flexible with work from office (Sao Paulo, Brazil)What’s In It For You
