Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Data Quality Specialist II to join our global People Team. In this role, you will be responsible for auditing and maintaining our employee data to ensure it’s accurate, consistent and reliable. You will help develop automated solutions to run data audits, identify the root cause of issues and collaborate with stakeholders across the HR organization to resolve them.

 

Responsibilities

  • Data Auditing & Correction: Perform regular data audits and reconciliation in our HR Systems (SAP Successfactors) to find root cause issues, and collaborate with the HR organization to debug inconsistencies, missing information or errors.

  • Contribute to Automated Data Quality Checks: Support the design, development, and maintenance of automated routines and scripts for continuous data quality monitoring, validation, and remediation in SuccessFactors and SAP.

  • Support Data Governance Policies: Assist in the documentation, communication, and enforcement of HR data governance policies, standards, and procedures across various data domains.

  • Aid in Defining Data Quality Rules: Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to assist in defining critical data elements, data quality rules, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for data quality.

  • Monitor and Report: Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports to track data quality metrics, audit findings, and compliance status, providing insights to stakeholders.

  • Incident Support: Support the investigation and resolution of data quality issues and data-related incidents, assisting with corrective actions and preventive measures.

  • Training & Awareness Support: Help prepare and deliver training materials and awareness programs related to data governance.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal partners to ensure alignment on data governance initiatives and data-related projects.

 

Qualifications
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in data governance, data audits, HR or a related role.

  • Experience with or understanding of automated data quality checks and data governance principles

  • Strong familiarity with HR systems like SAP, SuccessFactors or similar systems preferred, including reporting.

  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Google Scripts, Excel macros, Python, SQL) for data manipulation and analysis preferred

  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to learn and articulate technical concepts.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
