We are looking for a strategic and operational leader to oversee and optimize the Stockholm studio's operations, ensuring it thrives as an integral part of our global franchise. Reporting to the COO, this role will be responsible for ensuring Stockholm location has studio clarity around operational efficiency, financial management, and strategic alignment with the broader organization. 

You will work across time zones to represent the Stockholm studio at the highest levels, ensuring the teams have the processes, resources, and environment needed to deliver fun and amazing games while fostering a strong, transparent, and collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities 

Studio Leadership & Culture 

• Champion a strong and inclusive studio culture, ensuring transparency, collaboration, and alignment with company values. 

• Act as a liaison between Stockholm and global leadership, ensuring local needs are represented and integrated into company-wide decisions. 

• Drive engagement, connection, and collaboration within the studio and across global teams. 

Operational Excellence  

• Oversee day-to-day studio operations, ensuring efficiency, streamlined workflows, and continuous improvement. 
  
  
• Remove operational blockers and create scalable processes that enable teams to focus on game development. 
  
  
• Ensure the studio is equipped with the right tools, infrastructure, and support to produce high-quality games. 

Strategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration 

• Align Stockholm’s operations with the franchise strategy, policies, and long-term goals. 

• Partner with production, creative, and engineering teams to optimize development processes and delivery. 

• Work across multiple time zones, ensuring clear communication and alignment between Stockholm and global teams. 

Financial & Business Oversight 

• Manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure financial efficiency in the studio’s operations. 

• Monitor key operational and financial performance metrics, providing strategic insights to leadership. 

What We’re Looking For 

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in studio operations, production, or business management within gaming or tech. 

• Strong background in production excellence, with experience in game development processes, project management, and cross-functional team leadership. 

• Proven ability to scale and optimize studio operations while supporting creative teams. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across time zones and global teams. 

• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving operational efficiencies.
